Job Description:

• Contribute to achieving department KPIs, developing operational plans and budgets, implementing policies, and driving process improvements and digitization within the section.
• Oversee the creation, design, and dissemination of high-quality media and publications, ensure adherence to standards, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and monitor media performance to refine strategies.
• Guide content creation, maintain editorial calendars, foster relationships with stakeholders, and continuously review publication relevance to align with organizational goals.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance processes, ensure compliance with health, safety, and information security standards, and address audit findings to mitigate risks effectively.

Skills

• Open to Emirati nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Preferably Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP), Certified Public Relations Professional (CPRP) or has an equivalent certification.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in Media, experience in managing large-scale media campaigns and collaborations with high-profile media agencies in a corporate environment.
