Develop and implement department strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company’s vision and UAE/international maritime standards, ensuring accountability and compliance.

Drive process improvement, digitization, and change management; enhance maritime regulatory frameworks; oversee risk management and address audit findings.

Engage with national and international authorities, industry bodies, and stakeholders to influence maritime policies, ensure cohesive regulation across the UAE, and support service innovation.

Lead manpower planning, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure professional development while promoting excellence in health, safety, environment, and information security practices.

About the Client:  

 A government organization in Dubai.

 

Qualifications: 

Open to Arabic nationalities

40 years old below

At least 8 years of experience in maritime policy development and regulation

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Law, Public Policy or related field

Preferably Certified Maritime Policy Specialist (CMPS)
