Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management:

- Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and monthly management reports.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

- Tax Compliance:

Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT returns and other regulatory filings.

- Keep up-to-date with UAE tax laws and financial regulations.

- Process Improvement:

Assist in developing and implementing financial controls and procedures.

- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in financial operations.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
