Position: Real Estate Agent
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and ensure properties are presented in the best light.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best deal for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate laws, market conditions, and trends in Dubai.

Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market and real estate laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus).
- Holding a valid UAE Real Estate License (RERA) is a must.
- Familiarity with real estate listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder).
- Strong understanding of client service and relationship-building techniques.
