The Scaffolder Supervisor plays a crucial role in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in construction and maintenance projects. This position requires a skilled individual who can oversee scaffolding operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The Scaffolder Supervisor will manage a team of scaffolders, coordinate with other trades, and ensure that all scaffolding work is completed to the highest quality. This role is essential for maintaining a safe working environment and facilitating smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage scaffolding operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
2. Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
3. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule scaffolding work effectively.
4. Train and mentor scaffolders in best practices and safety protocols.
5. Prepare and maintain documentation related to scaffolding activities and inspections.
6. Ensure that all scaffolding materials are available and in good condition for use.
7. Implement safety measures and conduct safety meetings to promote a culture of safety.
8. Assist in the planning and design of scaffolding systems for various projects.
9. Address any scaffolding-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
10. Monitor and report on the progress of scaffolding work to management.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision.

Work Location: The positions are based in Habshan and Bu Hasa, both major oil and gas facilities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
