Key Responsibilities:
This position is based out of Dubai to handle Customer engineering for MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region
- Problem report (PR) initiation
- OEM feedback on engine assembly and testing
- Field feedback on newly launched products
- Product features and benefits to customer
- Application bulletin release to channel partners and end customers
- Application study and inputs for future product development
- Product standardization
- Competition benchmarking
- Local legislative requirements
- Releasing product specification sheets
- Releasing product brochures
- Technical support for tenders
- Technical support for customized products
- Technical support for optional accessories
- Guidelines for the installation and interface of optional accessories
- Technical support in multiple generating sets projects with synchronizing option
- Marketing Bill of material
- Application validation
- Support to Sales to conclude technical challenges / Discussions
Education:
Minimum Qualification Level: B.E. Mechanical / B.E Electrical
