We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Head of Sales in executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
This role will focus on creating impactful marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and providing analytical support to enhance sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Coordination:
Assist the Head in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the team to develop targeted marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
* Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content tailored for the team.
Ensure all content effectively communicates product benefits and aligns with brand messaging.
* Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights that inform marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
*Lead Generation & Database Management:
Support lead generation efforts by developing and managing targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
Maintain and update the marketing database to ensure accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions.
*Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and customer outreach initiatives.
Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up communications related to events.
* Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and other key metrics for the Head.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing environment, marketing in real estate environment will be a plus.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools such as CRO, marketing automation, advanced analytics, etc.
* Certifications from reputable organizations such as Google ads, google analytics, Hub spots & Meta
* Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
* Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in english.
