Hilong Pipeline Middle East Technology Industry Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Document Control: Assist in the revision and translation of central documents, inspection plans, and testing procedures. Organize and maintain departmental records.

Project Support: Collaborate with the sales department on technical reviews for bidding projects. Prepare MPS (Manufacturing Process Sheets) and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and identify any technical deviations.

Technical Documentation: Submit, modify, and ensure the accuracy of technical documents in response to foreign engineering requirements.

Material Quality Assurance: Prepare and manage raw material labels, certificates of quality, and production-related documentation.

Coordination: Communicate with foreign supervisors and factory personnel during in-factory inspections.

Shipment Preparation: Prepare shipment documents and ensure as-built data is properly compiled.

Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, tracking nonconformities, and ensuring improvements are made.

Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of related work experience in quality assurance or a similar role, ideally within the oil and gas or coatings industry.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with common anti-corrosive coatings such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and fused epoxy powder. Knowledge of ISO, AS, CSA, and GB coating testing methods.

ADNOC Certificate.

Pipeline Coating Experience.

Language: Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Factory Operations Understanding: Basic understanding of factory operations and quality control processes.
