Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and industry standards.
• Manage employee relations, addressing queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and work with management to develop strategies for improvement.
• Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate or brokerage industry.
