Key Responsibilities:
Solution Engineering:
Design and deliver Cisco networking solutions tailored to customer needs.
Conduct technical presentations and address business challenges effectively.
Pre-Sales Support:
Develop technical proposals, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and proofs of concept.
Expertise in technologies such as BGP-EVPN VXLAN, MPLS, segment routing (SR-MPLS/SRv6), and IP fabrics.
Architecture & Design:
Create network diagrams and documentation for proposed solutions.
Ensure solutions align with Cisco standards and industry best practices.
Customer Advocacy:
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction with Cisco solutions.
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve offerings.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Support account managers in strategic account planning.
Skills
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience:
5+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong expertise in Cisco technologies, including routing, switching, and SDN (ACI, SD-WAN, SDA).
Skills:
Proficiency in BGP-EVPN VXLAN, MPLS, SR-MPLS/SRv6, RedHat OpenStack/OpenShift, and Cisco Catalyst technologies.
Excellent presentation, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
Certifications:
Cisco CCNP/CCIE or equivalent preferred.
