Providing strategic direction for coaching and mentoring initiatives.Developing comprehensive frameworks, policies, and standards to support employee growth.Collaborating with government entities to integrate and implement coaching and mentoring programs.Managing third-party service providers, ensuring their performance aligns with SLAs.Designing tailored coaching plans for executives, focusing on professional development and succession planning.Monitoring and reporting on program effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities.Supporting the deployment of coaching and mentoring activities across Abu Dhabi government entities.


Profile
Must be UAE National with a family book.At least 6 years in coaching, mentoring, or organisational development within large organisations.Proven ability to strategise, implement, and oversee development initiatives.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in coaching or organisational development are highly desirable.Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
