A dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, committed to delivering high-quality products to our consumers is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as the Sales Distribution Lead for the region


Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives established by the company.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Successfully generate new business leads & opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.

Regular contact with clients to implement sales strategies and promotions to drive more sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Managing & Grooming a team of sales executives & Merchandisers with their inquiries, share sales strategies, Promotion Plans, Market spends to achieve their Targets.

Conduct regular store visits to enhance branding and market visibility of products.

Check the brands image and positioning against the competitors in the marketplace regularly.

Skills

Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a track record of successful team management.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English is essential.
