Detailed Responsibilities :
Identify and explore new business clients in the local Dubai market.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, both online and offline.
Share relevant market intelligence with product and sales management to ensure consistent competitiveness
Effectively communicate with the factory to ensure smooth manufacturing and shipment processes.
Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management.
Monitor and management distributor performance.
Follow other tasks assigned by management
Skills
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing within the home & garden industry, or import business.
In-depth knowledge of the garden supplies will be given preference.
A creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a strong marketing sense.
Manufacturing background is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel overseas, including to PRC.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
