  • Manage the Medical representative team within the area assigned to him.
  • Leads and manages the medical representative team assigned to him within the designated territory and ensure that all daily visits, timely stock replenishments.
  • Negotiate agreements with the clients and develop new opportunities.
  • Maintains good customer relations and achieves targets set to him within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct Marketing activities like RTM, group meeting with doctors in the key accounts & spread the product awareness.
  • Hiring, Training & developing the new employees in the team.
  • Provide & arrange medical/skill training session and develop successful team.
  • Sales forecasting, analyzing the business opportunities, development & marketing trends.
  • Listing New Products in Key Account Customers.
  • Identify new opportunities in the market.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain good customer relationship.
  • To present regular market feedback and recommendations
  • Proper management of the covered area and assure that an excellent and best service and performance is given and ensures that each principle in the pharma Division for Key Account is satisfactorily displayed  
  • Regular reports as per requirement
  • Operate within the company's standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for the team including KAM, Product Specialist and Medical Representative. 


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • English language, Arabic is a plus
  • UAE Driving License
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
  • Proven experience in key account management
