Aqualia, a leading global water management company, is looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperation for the adaptation of policies and procedures from Aqualia to local legislation.
- Collaboration in the creation of periodical risk assessment and a risk matrix.
- Corporate Compliance training plan for employees, launch and follow-up of the online training courses.
- Participation in the Third parties Due Diligences.
- Cooperation in the monitoring of evidence of execution of controls (compliance internal control) done from the headquarters in Spain.
- Cooperation in the managing of the notifications received through the whistleblowing line.
- Periodical reports to the Aqualia’s Chief Compliance Officer and companies’ Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Required degree: Bachelor or Degree related with the area.
- Required experience: 2-3 years of experience in the implementation of compliance management systems or corporate management systems and risks or legal advice or internal control.
- Languages: Arabic and English required
- Availability to travel: Total availability to frequent travel to Spain or/and the countries under his/her responsability.
