<b>Operations Manager</b> who will be responsible for planning, tracking, and executing projects in line with contract schedules, quality standards, and corporate objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
<b></b>- Act as the primary contact for projects, collaborating with senior leadership to resolve team or client issues.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, monitoring KPIs for planning, cost control, quality, and invoicing.
- Oversee site operations to ensure timely project completion and quality standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments (Estimation, Contracts, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics) to maintain project efficiency.
- Manage project cash flow, track revenue, expenses, and variations to keep projects within budget.
- Conduct operational meetings, participate in high-level discussions with clients, contractors, and consultants when needed.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards, overseeing material approvals and workflow coordination.
- Develop and manage on-site teams, ensuring proper staffing, training, and career development.
- Handle project correspondence, protect company interests, and coordinate with the legal team on contractual matters.
- Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures for operational efficiency.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Lead and support the team in prioritizing key tasks and achieving organizational goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
<b>Qualifications & Experience:</b>
<b></b>- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil) or a related field.
- 12+ years in a similar role within the construction industry, including managerial-level responsibilities.
- Familiarity with local authority regulations, international construction standards, and industry best practices.

Skills
