The Cashier position at our Amusement & Recreation Facility in Abu Dhabi is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while managing financial transactions efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be the face of our facility, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  2. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  7. Promote facility services and special offers to enhance customer experience.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
  9. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  10. Assist in other duties as assigned by management to support overall facility operations.
