Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Setup Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive business setup services to clients, including market entry strategies, company formation, licensing, and ongoing support.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Consultation:

Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives, industry, and specific requirements.

Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable business structure, legal entity, and licensing options in the UAE.

Provide expert advice on market entry strategies, including feasibility studies, market research, and competitor analysis.

Business Setup & Registration:

Guide clients through the entire business setup process, including company registration, obtaining necessary licenses and permits, and securing visas and work permits for employees.

Liaise with government authorities and free zones to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.

Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately and efficiently.

Post-Setup Support:

Provide ongoing support to clients after business setup, including assistance with visa renewals, license renewals, and other regulatory compliance matters.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and proactive support.

Identify and address potential challenges and provide solutions to ensure business success.

Business Development:

Actively participate in business development activities, including networking events, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Stay Updated:

Stay abreast of the latest UAE business laws, regulations, and market trends.

Continuously enhance your knowledge through professional development courses and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:


Bachelor's degree in any field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Sales Background preferred.

Proficiency in English is a must.

Strong client service orientation and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
