What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing a world-class talent acquisition function to support rapid growth in the Middle East.
  • Creating and executing a scalable recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establishing key hiring frameworks, leveraging data-driven decision-making and the latest recruitment technologies.
  • Partnering with C-level executives, HR, and department heads to understand workforce planning and future hiring needs.
  • Enhancing employer branding to attract top talent from regional and international markets.
  • Driving recruitment marketing, talent pipelining, and proactive headhunting strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regional hiring regulations and best practices in global talent management.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of recruitment professionals.

  • Strong understanding of scaling recruitment operations across multiple markets, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Experience in executive search, volume hiring, and niche talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies that enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Expertise in talent mapping, workforce planning, and proactive headhunting for critical roles.

Regional & Global Talent Market Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of Middle Eastern talent trends, cultural nuances, and hiring regulations.
  • Experience in navigating complex visa and work permit processes across the GCC.
  • Strong network and connections in regional and global talent pools.
  • Ability to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Experience in building and enhancing employer branding strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Ability to leverage social media, recruitment marketing, and employee advocacy to strengthen employer presence.
  • Strong storytelling skills to promote the company’s mission and attract culturally aligned candidates.

Technology & Data-Driven Recruitment

  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and recruitment automation tools.
  • Experience in AI-driven recruitment, HR analytics, and predictive hiring models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making, forecasting, and process optimization.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Ability to work closely with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly in engaging with senior leadership and global talent partners.
  • Experience in managing recruitment agencies, RPO providers, and external talent networks.

Communication & Multilingual Abilities

  • Russian language proficiency is highly preferred, alongside fluency in English.
