Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
- Conducted property viewings and provided expert guidance on market trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions in the UAE.
- Collaborate with developers, landlords, and other agents to source exclusive projects and listings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in the real estate industry in the Dubai, UAE.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships effectively.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
