Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager—Indirect Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales within the Abu Dhabi market and experience working with channel partners and broking firms. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively coordinate between developers and brokers, ensuring smooth transactions and maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with broking agencies and channel partners.
- Act as a liaison between the developer and brokers to facilitate property sales.
- Identify and onboard new broking firms to expand the sales network.
- Provide brokers with necessary support, including training on projects, marketing materials, and sales assistance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging broking partnerships.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and property exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales within the Abu Dhabi market.
- Established a network of active broking agencies in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
