Sales Responsibilities:

2. Driving and Van Management Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Operation: Safely drive and operate the sales van, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Inventory Management: Load and unload products into the van in an organized manner, ensuring safe transport and proper inventory tracking.
- Route Planning: Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and operational. Perform basic checks such as fuel levels, tire pressure, and oil levels.
- Delivery Confirmation: Ensure customers receive the correct products and obtain proper acknowledgment or signatures upon delivery.
- Stock Check and Replenishment: Regularly check inventory levels in the van and restock as needed from the warehouse.
3. Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Cash Handling: Collect payments from customers (if applicable) and issue receipts, ensuring proper documentation for financial transactions.
- Daily Reporting: Submit daily activity reports, including sales, payments, and any issues faced during the day.
4. Customer Service:
- Problem Resolution: Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Product Returns/Exchanges: Handle returns or exchanges of products as per company policies.
- Promotions and Offers: Communicate ongoing promotions or discounts to customers.
5. Safety Compliance:
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations while driving.
- Ensure the safe and proper handling of products to prevent damage during transport.
