Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1 to 1 ABA Therapy Sessions.
  • Apply ABA principles and study client behavior.
  • Maintain client records, including data sheets and relevant reports. 
  • Respond appropriately to different situations common among children with behavioral and developmental challenges.
  • Utilize key communication skills to provide effective feedback to clients.
  • Be able to recognize and respond to critical improvements in children’s behaviors.
  • Become familiar with and use behavioral redirection techniques.
  • Know how to respond to negative behaviors appropriately.
  • Provide written documentation on each client.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • With Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) Certification BACB or QABA.
  • Or, an on-going certification for either RBT or ABAT.
  • 1-2 years of experience required for entry-level position.
  • Strong communication skills required and ability to work on home- and school-based therapy sessions.
  • Exhibits significant reliable habits, including timeliness & organizational skills.
  • Preferably Abu Dhabi based / resident.
