• Monitor and ensure driver performance and compliance with company standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, fleet shortages, and inefficiencies.
• Provide performance reports and key operational updates to the Logistics Manager.
Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
✔ 4–6 years of experience in logistics operations or fleet management.
