Building Surveyor
The purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide our clients with technical building surveying functions including but not limited to Reserve Fund Studies (RFS), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Cost Allocation studies, project audits and lifecycle costing.
Reporting To
Head of building Consultancy
Key Responsibilities:
1. RERA Reports (Building Condition Audits, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Reserve Fund Studies)
2. Cost Allocation Studies to identify an accurate/fair split between different aspects of property (commercial, residential, and retail)
3. Technical Due Diligence and Pre-Acquisition Reports
4. Experience in executing RERA compliant surveys for Owners Association Management companies.
5. Fire, H&S Audits, Disabled Access Audits & Environmental Audits
6. Area Measurement
7. Monitor Construction Progress, conduct site visit and prepare Compliance and progress Reports.
8. Defect Analysis and Remediation recommendations based on RICS Guidelines, International & Local Standards, and Best Practices
9. Structural Surveys, MEP Audits, and Inspections
10. Life Cycle Analysis
11. Energy Audits
Skills
Years of experiences
• 3 + years of experience in building maintenance and refurbishment is desirable or another related field.
• Experience in executing RERA compliant surveys for Owners Association Management companies.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

• Provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
