We are looking for a Van Outdoor Sales Representative to expand our reach and ensure that our products are widely available in retail stores, supermarkets, and local shops. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring proper merchandising and shelf organization. In addition to managing existing accounts, this role requires an active approach to prospecting new customers and executing a Road to Market strategy to optimize market coverage and product visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients within the assigned sales territory.
- Prospect and acquire new customers to expand product distribution.
- Implement the Road to Market strategy to optimize market coverage and reach potential clients.
- Drive the sales van to designated routes, ensuring product availability and visibility.
- Manage in-store merchandising and shelf placement to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and shelf placements with store owners and managers.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory in the sales van.
- Take orders and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing sales operations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback and recommendations.
- Ensure proper execution of promotional activities in stores to maximize sales potential.
Skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in FMCG or cleaning products sales is a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license (manual transmission preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
- Willingness to travel daily within assigned areas.
- Languages: English, Urdu, and Hindi required; Arabic is a plus.
- Having a personal van is an advantage but not mandatory.
