Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1 to 1 Occupational Therapy Sessions.
  • Undertaking assessments of patients’ physical, communication, interaction and cognitive skills
  • Developing treatment plans to address a patient’s needs and help them meet specific goals.
  • Assessing a patient’s home, school, and community environment and recommending adaptations to fit the patient’s needs and improve independence.
  • Advising on exercises that can improve patients’ mobility or dexterity.
  • Planning further treatment and reviewing progress and assessing treatment success.
  • Training patients and their parents.
  • Assessing and documenting progress for evaluation, maintaining records and case notes.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with HAAD License.
  • 1-3 years of experience required for entry-level position.
  • Strong communication skills required, and ability to work on home-based therapy sessions and center setting as required.
  • Exhibits significant reliable habits, including timeliness & organizational skills.
  • Preferably Abu Dhabi based / resident.
