Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Business Development:
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies for LFG and LA.
• Build and maintain relationships with UHNWIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
• Proactively identify and engage with prospective investors through targeted outreach.
Investor Relations Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors.
• Present product strategies, performance updates, and market insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent communication and reporting tailored to client needs.
Market & Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in growth equity and liquid alternatives.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to refine and enhance product offerings.
Cross-Regional Coordination:
• Collaborate with teams in Brussels, Geneva, and London to align investor outreach strategies.
• Represent at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Skills
Qualifications:
Languages:
• Fluency in French and Arabic is mandatory in addition to English.
Experience:
• 5+ years in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Business Development within asset management, private equity, or financial
services.
• Demonstrable success in raising capital from UHNWIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors.
Skills:
• Deep understanding of growth equity and liquid alternatives investment strategies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives while collaborating with global teams.
Location & Mobility:
• Based in Dubai (DIFC) or willing to relocate.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
