We are a fine-dining restaurant located on Abu Dhabi Corniche, seeking a proactive and dynamic B2B External Sales Representative to expand our client base. The primary role is to visit tourism agencies, medical companies, and corporate PR departments, engaging directly with decision-makers to secure partnerships and increase customer traffic to the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to potential clients such as tourism agencies, medical companies, and corporate PR departments.
- Present tailored offers and packages that highlight the restaurant’s premium services.
- Negotiate and close deals directly with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
- Continuously analyze the local market to identify new growth opportunities and expand the client network.
- Represent the restaurant at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare regular reports outlining sales activities, client feedback, and performance results for management review.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in external sales or business development, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role with a results-driven mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market with a strong professional network.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to achieving sales targets.
