As a Property consultant, you will:
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
- Leverage your market knowledge and communication skills to provide seamless, expert services.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert insights on market conditions and property values.
- Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
- Monitor market trends and advise clients on investment opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and superior client service.
- Manage property listings, marketing efforts, and documentation.
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, with a solid understanding of property transactions and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong ability to build trust and exceed client expectations.
- Familiarity with local property regulations and market trends.
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in handling real property transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, or related field
- Multilingual candidates proficient is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
