Role: Administrative Assistant
Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm
We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks such as data entry, processing of payroll, preparing financial reports, maintaining client records, and generally ensuring smooth business operations. You'll work closely within a team of professionals to streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and maintain efficient communication both internally and with clients.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and financial literacy are essential for success in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
