We are URGNTLY hiring for QS/Estimator with 3 years experience in Joinery/Fit-Out Industry.

Job Description:

• Ability to read & understand drawings, take-off  quantities of curtain blinds, details for loose furniture’s, joinery items for estimation and pricing.

·        Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

·        Strong knowledge of advanced Excel.

·        Preparing bills of quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties (Design, Procurement and Finance), assist in costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Conduct Site Visit and when required to take measurements and monitor progress.
• Responsible for payment application preparation.

Requirements:

• College Graduate
• Well versed in AutoCAD and excel
• 2 to 3 year’s experience in Joinery/Fit-Out Industry
• UAE Driving License
• Well conversant in English and written
• Can work under pressure

• Fully understands quantity surveying, budgeting, estimating and the bid process Numeracy.
• Skilled professional with hands-on expertise in budgeting, estimating, costing, and other surveying fundamentals.
• Proficient in utilizing software to enhance a construction project's productivity.
• Good command of engineering concepts and techniques for elevating the output of a project.
