Job Description:
- Support HR Manager and coordinate with all the Divisions concerning issues related to Recruitment and selection process to meet challenges and meet company standards.
- Assist in payroll administration, staff benefits, staff claims and end of service entitlements.
- Assist in the follow-up process of employees' PMS including APA, JDs, IOPs, Mid-Term Evaluation.
- Assist in generating and prepare monthly reports.
