Position Overview:


Bayt.com, the leading job site in the Middle East and North Africa, is seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building and optimizing Jobseeker and Employer campaigns across several regions to drive growth and enhance the performance of our digital advertising efforts.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and own the PPC strategy, understanding the company's business objectives and translating these into an effective PPC action plan.

  • Construct and manage top-performing Google Search Ads (AdWords), PMAX campaigns, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) campaigns from scratch, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.

  • Take ownership of Lead Gen and App Download campaigns with monthly, quarterly and yearly targets in mind

  • Keeping a close eye on the Sales Cycle and assuring a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and implement optimizations based on the data to maximize ROI through lead generation

  • Running paid campaigns on top social media platforms like Tiktok, Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn

  • Monitor budgets, bids, and key account metrics to ensure cost-effective and efficient campaign management.

  • Conduct continuous testing of new features and campaigns, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and innovations.

  • Optimize landing pages and coordinate A/B testing in collaboration with the product team to improve conversion rates.

  • Work closely with Bayt's Online Marketing team to share insights, and best practices, and collaborate on cross-market initiatives.

Skills

Skills and Qualifications:



  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and PMAX.

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, or a related quantitative, analytical field.

  • Proactive and analytical mindset, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing large data sets to drive marketing decisions.

  • Advanced understanding of web metrics and a data-driven approach to marketing.

  • Passion for staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.

  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.
