• Oversee on site activities, ensuring compliance with Interior and Exterior design specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, and other relevant records.
• Ensure that all documentations is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the highest standards at site.
• Coordinate with local GOVT, authorities involved such as DM, DED, RTA, DCD, DDA, Civil Defence etc.
• Having a knowledge of local By Laws of construction, procedure and process according to the local GOVT authorities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets and standards
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other design software.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages.
