Sales Coordinator

  • Prepare comparative analysis report based on the quotations received from different manufacturers.
  • Maintains and updates the manufacturer’s list and initiate per-qualification activities with Clients.
  • Handling calls, emails, and messages of Clients, informing them of delays and scheduling delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain records, prepare reports, and provide information to the Country Manager & Sales Director whenever asked.
  • Liaise with manufacturer and logistics department for product delivery and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports and share with Sales Director & Country Manager whenever asked.
  • Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested
  • Any additional duty assigned by Country Manager or Sales Director

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Around 2 years experience in coordination and sales administration
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, Microsoft Dynamics and other financial software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
