Job Title: Van Salesman – Agricultural & Garden Materials

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Van Salesman to sell and distribute agricultural and garden materials, including pots, grow bags, potting mix, seeds, pesticides, tools, sprayers and other related products. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, knowledge of agricultural products, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a company van and sell agricultural and garden products to agricultural and gardens shop, landscapers, retailers and super markets.
  • Identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service.
  • Deliver products, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Provide product demonstrations and advice on usage to customers.
  • Ensure the van is stocked, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Report daily sales, stock levels, and customer feedback to the sale’s head.
  • If you are not handling van sales, you need to assist with showroom sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or gardening sector.
  • Basic knowledge of agriculture, gardening, or landscaping products.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physically fit to load and unload products as needed.
