This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Designer. We are a startup planned to establish in the UAE. The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires a forward-thinking designer who can merge traditional design principles with AI-powered tools to deliver cutting-edge creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design: Develop visually appealing and impactful designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and branding materials.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and deliver data-driven design solutions.
- Branding: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities for clients.
- Web Design: Design user-friendly and visually engaging websites, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI, machine learning, and automation, to integrate cutting-edge tools and methodologies into design workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure alignment on creative vision and project goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Creative Design, Graphic Design, and Branding, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and AI-enhanced projects.
- Strong understanding of Web Design principles, including UX/UI best practices.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and media agencies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in creative design is a must.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and AI-powered tools such as:
- Figma (with AI plugins for collaborative design)
- Canva (with AI features for quick design iterations)
- Adobe Firefly (for AI-generated creative assets)
- MidJourney and DALL·E 3 (by OpenAI for AI-generated visuals)
