• Analyze material, labor, and production costs for glass and aluminium fit-out solutions.

• Work closely with the design and sales teams to refine cost estimates.

2. Contract & Tender Management:

• Review project contracts, scope of work, and tender documents to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Prepare cost proposals and pricing submissions for tenders and bids.

• Negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts to optimize cost savings.

3. Site Coordination & Measurement:

• Conduct site visits to verify initial and final measurements.

• Liaise with site engineers and technicians to ensure material quantities match site requirements.

• Digitize site measurement data into Monday.com for seamless communication.

4. Financial Control & Reporting:

• Monitor project costs and prepare periodic financial reports.

• Identify cost variations and deviations from budget and recommend corrective actions.

• Work closely with the finance department for progress payment tracking.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with contract terms, industry standards, and safety regulations.

• Verify that all glass and aluminium installations adhere to project specifications.
