Your Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations to drive conversions.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.

Market Analysis & Sales Strategy

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably in interior solutions, building materials, or a related industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory.
