Responsibilities:

  4. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for property viewings.
  5. Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

  7. Prepare reports on call activities and client feedback.
  8. Stay updated on market trends and property listings.
  9. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  10. Contribute to team meetings and share insights for process improvements.
