PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM is seeking to hire an experienced Product Manager to establish, develop, and optimize its products fully.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and negotiate with tour operators, event organizers, and accommodations.
2. Research the market to find suitable centers and operators.
3. Establish communication and coordination for organizing in-person or online meetings.
4. Evaluate services provided by contracted parties.
5. Negotiate to obtain the best collaboration terms (discounts, participation rates, payment conditions).
6. Obtain necessary permits for advertising and disseminating information on websites and social media.
7. Document and collect samples (record videos and photos of locations, tours, events, and accommodation services, and receive visual and video samples from the contractor, creating a digital archive of approved samples for advertising).
8. Transfer contract-related information to the advertising and marketing team.
9. Collaborate with the content production team to use videos and images in campaigns.
10. Maintain effective communication with contracted parties and oversee the implementation of agreements.
11. Review feedback and optimize collaborations.
12. Address any potential issues in the collaboration process and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills:

1. Work experience in product management, preferably in tourism or business consulting.
2. Communication and negotiation skills to attract and persuade collaborating centers.
3. Familiarity with legal contract principles for drafting professional agreements.
4. Filming and photography skills for documenting activities.
5. Ability to manage time and plan for tracking contracts and in-person missions.
6. Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising to obtain advertising permits.
7. Knowledge of Agile project management methods, Scrum.

Qualifications:

1. A residence visa (company registration or sponsorship) is mandatory for Iranians.
2. At least 2 years of work experience and residency in the UAE.
3. Proficiency in English and Arabic (familiarity with other international languages is an advantage).
4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
