Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, customer support, or back-office roles (preferably in telecom, BPO, or banking sectors).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience handling client queries via email and calls.
Proficiency in using internal portals, CRM systems, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders
