Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process by collaborating with internal stakeholders and hiring managers across various divisions to understand their talent needs.
- Manage and support hiring managers in creating job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with department goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Support hiring managers by providing guidance on best practices for recruitment, interview processes, and candidate selection.
- Track recruitment progress, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure timely and effective follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
