· Manage and oversee administrative support for the sales team.
· Perform sales administrative tasks, including end-to-end sales documentation, all types of contract/ form preparation, data uploading and downloading in CRM system, making operation reports etc..
· Act as the primary liaison between brokers, internal sales teams, and external partners to ensure transaction efficiency.
· Handle broker onboarding process, including registration, license verification, certification checks and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
· Audit deal files for accuracy and completeness prior to handing over to the legal/finance departments.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, site visits, and presentations for both external and in-house sales team.
· Work closely with finance team to verify commission structures, process payouts, and resolve discrepancies.
· Track off-plan sales progress, update inventory databases, and flag delays proactively
· Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Skills
· Fluency in English (written/spoken); Arabic is highly preferred (Chinese is a plus).
· 2+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales administration, preferably with off-plan projects.
· In-depth knowledge of off-plan sales administrative procedures, CRM workflows, and broker onboarding process.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
