Silkor is looking for a highly organized and sales-driven Branch & Sales Coordinator to support the branch’s daily operations, assist in sales activities, and ensure seamless client experiences. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating between teams, managing bookings, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by coordinating with clients, following up on leads, and upselling treatments.
- Client Coordination: Manage client appointments, ensure smooth scheduling, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle daily reports, stock tracking, and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Team Assistance: Provide operational and logistical support to branch staff and management.
- Marketing & Promotions: Assist in executing local marketing campaigns, events, and client engagement activities.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and inventory logs.

- Knowledge of clinic systems or CRM tools is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.

- Willingness to commit to a six-day work week, with a fixed schedule of three days opening and three days closing.
- Strong sales experience and target oriented.

- Genuine financial need or strong motivation for the position, such as supporting a family or seeking financial stability.
