Commercial Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to join our team. This role involves preparing quotations, managing vendor negotiations, and ensuring accurate pricing updates for Jet Fuel and Ground Handling services.

The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills with suppliers, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations for Jet Fuel & Ground Handling in line with the company’s commercial SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quotation records.
  • Upload and verify pricing for global locations to ensure accuracy.
  • Negotiate and compare vendor quotes to secure the best pricing.
  • Provide feedback to the commercial manager regarding vendor and supplier performance.
  • Take an active role in expanding and strengthening the company’s business network.
  • Represent the company professionally both internally and externally.
  • Be available to work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays when required.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial executive role in trip support industry.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or Supplier Management.
  • Education in Aviation, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or related fields.
