Job Description:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales targets by selling premium membership packages to prospective clients.
• Conduct tours of the club premises, presenting all products and services available to clients and showcasing the unique facilities and benefits the company has to offer.
• Update and monitor the CRM system to maintain a current and comprehensive list of leads, enabling effective tracking and identification of potential prospects.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic, CIS & European nationals
• 25-38 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Preferably in fitness, hospitality, or luxury services
