We are looking for KNX Home Automation Engineer with Business Development Expertise

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and implement KNX-based smart home automation solutions for luxury residences and commercial spaces.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for automation projects.

• Supervise the installation and implementation of automation systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

• Conduct testing and commissioning of installed systems to verify functionality and performance.

• Manage maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal system operation.

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the home automation sector.

• Generate and nurture leads to expand the client base.

• Review Requests for Proposals (RfPs), define project requirements, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs).

• Develop and submit comprehensive technical proposals tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to customize automation solutions based on project requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with home automation trends, smart technologies, and IoT innovations.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Attested engineering certificate, as per UAE requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in KNX home automation engineering and system integration in Dubai.
• Proficiency in preparing technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience in supervising the implementation and testing of automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting control, and HVAC automation.
• Proven experience in business development within the home automation industry, including lead generation, RfP review, BoQ preparation, and proposal submission.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
