Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Promoters to represent our brand and increase awareness of our products/services. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers, demonstrate product benefits, and drive sales through direct interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote products/services at retail stores, events, or public locations.
  • Engage with customers to create brand awareness and generate interest.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Answer customer questions and provide detailed product information.
  • Distribute marketing materials and samples when applicable.
  • Collect customer feedback and report on interactions.
  • Meet sales or engagement targets set by the company.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be comfortable working in various locations and engaging with different audiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
